Specifications

 

A 3PE (three-layer polyethylene) coated SSAW (Spiral Submerged Arc Welded) pipe is a steel pipe protected by a multi-layer anti-corrosion system. The SSAW process provides high structural strength, while the 3PE coating—consisting of a Fusion-Bonded Epoxy (FBE) primer, an adhesive layer, and an outer High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) jacket—offers superior resistance against corrosion, moisture, and mechanical damage.
